RED CARPET MANIA!

The ladies of Meeting Street Productions have been extremely busy as of late. Our CEO, Kara, has been to LA and back in the past few weeks, meeting with numerous studios and executives, wheeling and dealing her way across the West coast. Big things happening from that trip, so stay tuned for more info in the coming weeks! Last Thursday night, we all took a trip to Raleigh, NC to attend the premiere of Union Bound, the amazing, true story of Joseph Hoover, a Union Soldier, who was captured by the Confederacy in 1864 at the Battle of the Wilderness and imprisoned. Together with a fellow prisoner, he escaped and made his way to freedom, aided by slaves in what is now known as the Underground Railroad. Kara made her Producer debut on this film, and she also served as Production Designer. Our CFO, Barbie, was an Executive Producer, and our Sales and Marketing Director, Sheila, was the medic on set. It was a true MSP family affair! This Wednesday, Jan. 20, MSP will be hosting their own red carpet event for the film at Cinebarre in Mt. Pleasant, SC. All three stars of the film will be in attendance, as well as the Assistant Director. Such an exciting time!
